Narzekacie na Nikona a ja niestety też muszę potwierdzić że trzeba omijać serwis Tamrona czyli Foto-Technika. Kontakt z serwisem fatalny, nikt nie odbiera bo przełącza babka z zakupów. Na e-maile nie odpowiadają. A problem dotyczy zawieszania autofocusa obiektywu Tamron 70-300 wersja z silnikiem z D40.

Z D80, D90, D5000 jest ok -sprawdzane. 2 razy reklamowałem obiektyw w Fotozakupy,  wysyłali do Foto-techniki gdzie serwis stwierdził że obiektyw jest ok (sprawdzane z d80), a za drugim razem serwis stwierdził też że obiektyw ok ( sprawdzane z D80) a nie mają do testów D40. Napisałem do Tamron Niemcy i taki e-mail otrzymałem:

We will check the fault and if necessary we will repair or adjust the lens as soon as possible.
In the case that the lens was purchased within the EU please remember to include the original warranty card and valid proof of purchase with the lens.
In the case that the lens was purchased outside the EU, we require an international warranty card, which can be obtained from the Tamron distributor in that respective country in addition to valid proof of purchase.
If we determine that the warranty has been voided, we will notify you and give you a repair cost estimate before beginning repair work. Your written authorization will be necessary before any repairs are made at your expense. Please sign the cost estimate and indicate your approval at the bottom of the form. Approvals must be sent in writing, preferably by fax to +49-221-970325-9 (by email is also possible).
If the cost estimate is not approved we will invoice you €20 + 19% VAT for shipping. If the cost estimate is approved, you will not be charged for the cost estimate.
If you deem the repair to be uneconomical as per the cost estimate issued by us, you have the possibility to request free disposal of the lens. In this case the cost estimate will also not be charged.
If you return the lens by mail or delivery service, be sure to pack and insure it appropriately. We have enclosed a service form for your convenience, of which we ask you to keep a copy for your files together with proof of delivery.

Wysłałem obiektyw na koszt Niemców kurierem i po tygodniu otrzymałem go z powrotem i z tym samym problemem. Oni zachowali się ok ale nic nie wskórali. Koniec końców sprzedałem obiektyw i już nigdy przenigdy nie kupię nic Tamrona właśnie ze względu na kiepski serwis.
