Its a story dated few years ago. My D70 stopped taking pictures - it would focus but nothing else. I sent it at the service's cost and waited patiently for a month. After a month I rang them up asking what was going on.

They said they were busy, journalists were higher priority, they were currently and suprisingly very busy etc. After 2 months another phonecall and the same answer. I got the camera back after almost three months...
It was back in the time when there was D1, D2, D2H, D70, D100 and probably D200 (I think so). I don't even want to think what happens now...
Oh, They only upgraded firmware and cleaned the sensor.
